Grape distillate is produced by the fermentation and distillation of the entire grapes from the famous Greek variety Malagouzia.
These grapes, which are destined for the particular spirit, are not pressed, in order to maintain their juices and therefore the character of the variety.

London Dry Gin
The Mechanic Gin is inspired by the real history of our land.
In the late 19th century, engineers drained Lake Kopaida, creating 250,000 fertile acres and transforming the region forever.
Their work gave life, agriculture and prosperity to an area
that had been underwater for centuries.
Among these engineers was an unknown English mechanic,
who—according to local testimonies—built a small pot still to distill gin.
Far from home, he used alcohol and local botanicals and fruits to recreate familiar flavors.

Today, at Lost Lake Distillery in Petra, Viotia, we honor that legacy with a gin created slowly, carefully and with absolute respect for tradition and precision.
