Grape distillate is produced by the fermentation and distillation of the entire grapes from the famous Greek variety Malagouzia.
These grapes, which are destined for the particular spirit, are not pressed, in order to maintain their juices and therefore the character of the variety.

THE DISTILLERY
In 2017, the Zacharias distillery is renamed Lost Lake Distillery, in order to honor this charming story. The idea is to reorganize, plan new investments, cover a wide range of complex distillation products. This is achieved in a unique way for Greece: tradition and taste is combined with modern techniques, meticulous choice of raw materials and artisanal distillation.
Lost Lake Distillery is located in the village of Petra, in the center of Boeotia, and is currently one of the most modern vertically integrated units in the spirits business. It includes a privately owned 1.200sqm facility, which is ISO and HACCP certified. Our products can be found on the markets of the USA, Canada and that of several countries of Europe.
