Grape distillate is produced by the fermentation and distillation of the entire grapes from the famous Greek variety Malagouzia.
These grapes, which are destined for the particular spirit, are not pressed, in order to maintain their juices and therefore the character of the variety.

Wine Lees Distillate. The first Hefebrand distilled in Greece.
Exclusively vintage spirit.
We gently distilled the thin wine lees from many different varieties like Malagouzia, Sauvignon Blanc, Assyrtiko and other white grape varieties.
Aromas of fresh baked bread with ripe fruits, jam apricot, green olives and sweet notes from nightflower and mushrooms. In the mouth is rich with full body, long duration crispy aftertaste.
