Grape distillate is produced by the fermentation and distillation of the entire grapes from the famous Greek variety Malagouzia.
These grapes, which are destined for the particular spirit, are not pressed, in order to maintain their juices and therefore the character of the variety.

RARE COLLECTION 03 — GEWÜRZTRAMINER
Why 03?
Because it is the third distillate in our Rare Collection — and because a Gewürztraminer distillate is something rarely found in Greece.
And why Gewürztraminer?
Because… why not?
We liked the idea of distilling an aromatic grape variety with character and intensity, and expressing it through a pure, small-batch distillate.
Made from estate-grown vineyards, distilled in small batches.
Fewer than 600 bottles produced.
